Every business is different, so that is why we tailor our pricing specifically to your business needs.
First 3 months after onboarding
For the first 3 months after onboarding, we charge £40 per hour. This allows us to get to know your business, and do any catch up work that may be needed. It serves the purpose of assessing what you will need moving forward, so that we can then agree on a fixed monthly fee, so you know exactly what your monthly bill will be.
Ongoing
Fixed monthly fee based on your business needs. Below are some of the fixed rates that we have for standard services, such as payroll, but other fees are personally tailored to you, to give you the best value possible
Payroll
Payroll fees for each payrun, including pension uploads and RTI submissions
1 payslip - £25 (this is our standard charge)
Additional payslips - £6.95 each
CIS
1 subcontractor - £25 minimum charge
Each additional subcontractor - £6 each
Xero Training
1 hour's training - £50

Hourly charge - £40
